What it is
County sugar bushes open to the public for pancake breakfasts, maple tastings, syrup-making demonstrations and taffy on snow.
Restaurants and drinks producers across the County run maple-themed specials over the same weekend.
It runs alongside, but is separate from, Maple Madness, a programme of sugar-bush visits every Saturday and Sunday through March.
Good to know
- This is the County's first event of the year, when many tasting rooms are still weekend-only. Check winery hours before building a day around it.
- The festival has no website of its own. Dates surface on the tourism calendar and the organisers' Facebook page.
