Dates not confirmed. The winegrowers have not yet published confirmed 2026 dates. The dates currently on their page do not fall on weekends this year. Check with PECWine before travelling.
What it is
Winery and cidery open houses over three late-November weekends, described by the organisers as a good-night to the sleeping vines.
Venues pour mulled wine, put on seasonal food, and run carolling, Christmas shopping and holiday festivities.
Visitors carry a passport and collect a stamp at each venue, with a prize draw at the end.
Good to know
- Dates for 2026 are not confirmed. The winegrowers' own Wassail page still shows dates that fall on Sundays and Mondays this year, which means it has not been updated since last season. Contact PECWine before you book anything around it.
- Children are welcome and some venues lay on activities. Leashed dogs are generally fine, but call the individual winery.
- It is the one weekend where a designated driver matters most. Mulled wine goes down faster than a tasting flight.
